At Furrific Pet Accessories, we keep things simple!
We offer flat-rate shipping of $14.99 per order for parcels anywhere within Australia.
Your furry friend’s goodies will usually arrive between 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

🚚 Processing Times

All orders are lovingly packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of purchase.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

🐾 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal partners.
At this stage, we do not offer international shipping — but stay tuned, we’re working on it!

🎁 Local Pickup

If you’re based in The Shire (NSW), you’re welcome to contact us via Instagram or phone (📞 0423 832 895) to arrange a local pickup — we love meeting our Furrific community!

💌 Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of our delivery partners.
If your parcel seems delayed or goes missing, please reach out to us at furrificpetaccessories@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help track it down.
